Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Hospitalist at CHI St. Joseph Health in Bryan-College Station, Texas, you will be a vital part of a dynamic, established team. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with an active Texas license. We seek strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care within a collaborative, efficient team. Job Requirements

Required:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
  • Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment, adapting to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care and ensuring patient satisfaction within a rapid response team supported model.
