As our Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be a central and cornerstone provider in our physician-facing organization, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical and surgical care for musculoskeletal conditions to individuals across all ages and stages of life. This vital role is critical in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and managing a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, and emergent orthopedic conditions, profoundly impacting the health outcomes and quality of life for patients in our Kansas communities.

Every day you will conduct thorough patient evaluations, leveraging your expertise to accurately diagnose and expertly treat a wide array of musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative conditions, and complex orthopedic issues. You will provide essential rehabilitative guidance, perform a variety of surgical procedures, and guide patients through recovery and long-term joint health maintenance strategies. Your responsibilities will also include adeptly managing complex orthopedic cases, performing both general and subspecialized orthopedic surgeries, and strategically coordinating care with specialists, all while diligently building lasting patient relationships. You will meticulously document all encounters, communicate effectively with patients, and ensure strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will possess broad clinical and surgical expertise in orthopedics, strong diagnostic acumen, and demonstrate a compassionate, patient-centered approach to musculoskeletal care. You must be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with an active license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain one), committed to fostering enduring patient relationships and dedicated to continuous professional development. Experience in comprehensive orthopedic practice, including trauma and reconstructive surgery, and a genuine passion for serving as a primary healthcare advocate for musculoskeletal health in our diverse populations will position you for excellence in this impactful physician role.

We believe in compensating our talent exceptionally well. For this critical role, we're offering a premium compensation package totaling $668,754 annually. This includes a valuable starting bonus to recognize your immediate contribution and comprehensive relocation support designed to alleviate the complexities of moving, allowing you to focus on success from day one.
