Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Make a Difference in Women's Health

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This vital role offers flexible call coverage, diverse patient cases, and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to women's health services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour call coverage from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., including up to 4 hours of rounding daily.
• Manage obstetric emergencies, including laboring patients with prior cesareans, antepartum cases, and maternal transports.
• Perform OB/GYN procedures such as cesareans, operative vaginal deliveries, tubal ligations, and circumcisions.
• Collaborate with midwives, emergency department, and consulting physicians as needed.
• Oversee ultrasound-guided deliveries and provide expert surgical care in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to patient management in both inpatient and outpatient settings via the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid medical license and board certification in OB/GYN.
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological procedures.
• Strong clinical decision-making and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) consultations.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
• Additional certifications in fetal monitoring, ultrasound, or minimally invasive surgery.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in OB/GYN settings.
• Previous experience with obstetric emergencies and labor management.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, with a focus on call coverage.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to adhere to hospital protocols and standards.
• No in-house call required; physicians can provide support remotely.
• Compensation based on an hourly rate of $1.00 per hour.
