We seek skilled and compassionate Optometrists to join our practice in Salem, OR. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care to patients with a wide range of chronic eye conditions. Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive optometric care, including chronic eye disease management
- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals across specialties
- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Minimum Requirements
- One-year OD residency preferred, or
- Minimum of three years clinical experience with demonstrated chronic disease management

Compensation Details
- Annual salary: $118,700 – $144,800
(Dependent on skills, qualifications, degrees/certifications, training, and market factors) - Total Rewards Value Range: $180,101 – $225,000
- Hiring Incentive: Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
