Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity:

Full-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are seeking a Geriatrician or IM/FM trained Physician to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in South Sacramento, CA. We are looking for a Physician with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. 

Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
