We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology physician to provide exceptional outpatient care in our dynamic clinic setting. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state of Washington
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Proven expertise in outpatient hematology and oncology patient management
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with clinical research or trials
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications in palliative care or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient Hematology and Oncology practice
• Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no call responsibilities
• Willingness to commit to three or more weeks per month; candidates available for shorter durations should not apply
• OT after 40 hours/week compensated accordingly
• Reliable transportation and active medical license with hospital privileges
