Required Skills:
- Active California medical license and CA DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in both outpatient clinic and hospital delivery settings
- Prior locum experience in OB-GYN
- Familiarity with hospital privileging processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of OB-GYN residency program
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice
Other Requirements:
- Active California license and CA DEA license
- Willingness to work approximately 3-4 days per week, with hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility to start earlier if preferred
- On-call duties 3-4 days per week, including 24-hour on-call shifts (5 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic and hospital locations
- Ability to complete privileging process within 90 days, aiming for a June 2026 start date
