Required Skills:

• Active California medical license and CA DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in both outpatient clinic and hospital delivery settings
• Prior locum experience in OB-GYN
• Familiarity with hospital privileging processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of OB-GYN residency program
• At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice

Other Requirements:

• Active California license and CA DEA license
• Willingness to work approximately 3-4 days per week, with hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility to start earlier if preferred
• On-call duties 3-4 days per week, including 24-hour on-call shifts (5 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic and hospital locations
• Ability to complete privileging process within 90 days, aiming for a June 2026 start date
