We are hiring for an BC/BE family, internal, or geriatric medicine physician for our primary care practice in Houston, TX. 

• Bay Area House Calls is an innovative primary care health company that provides a true Medical Home Program for the frail adult within their home covering the Southeast Harris county and Galveston county area.
• We have proven in Galveston County to have one of the lowest re-hospitalization rates among our peers with excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction surveys.
• Well-established private practice that includes 2 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers that provide care to geriatric patients.
• Hiring due to growth and the additional physician will assist coverage in hospitals, nursing homes as well as assist with advanced practitioner oversight
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Unique blend of house call and hospital and nursing home coverage
• Full-time schedule with flexible hours
