Full-Time Family or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Location: Dickinson, TX (Between Houston and Galveston)

Join our well-established practice offers a blended model of primary care and urgent care, serving a diverse patient base ranging from age 2 to geriatric. We emphasize preventative care, chronic disease management, and holistic medicine, while also handling acute, non-life-threatening conditions typical of urgent care.

About Our Practice:

• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum primary care and urgent care for mostly adult patients (Medicare ~30–35%) with some pediatrics. Includes health maintenance, hormone therapy, weight loss management, and minor procedures. Experience or interest in BioTE/TRT and aesthetics a plus, but not required.
• Established & Collaborative Team: Join a strong group including an experienced physician and 4 APPs, with APP oversight responsibilities as you grow into your role.
• Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with staggered extended clinic hours and limited weekend urgent care. Once your panel is full, you’ll enjoy a half day off each week.
• Modern Setup: On-site lab and phlebotomy, integrated EMR, and a streamlined workflow designed for patient care, not paperwork.
• Patient Volume: Expect 25–28 patients per day in a well-managed schedule that supports quality care.
• No Call Requirements
