About Our Practice

Our pediatric practice in Palm Beach Gardens is a well-established, patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and young adults. Our team focuses on preventive health, developmental milestones, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. As an outpatient-only facility, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with families in the Palm Beach Gardens community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, ranging from newborns to age 21.
• Follow AAP guidelines regarding vaccinations and preventive care schedules.
• Manage a variety of pediatric conditions; experience with Behavioral Health is a major plus, though we are happy to train providers who lack extensive exposure in this area.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days per week (Monday–Friday).
• Saturdays: Participation in a rotation of just a few Saturdays per year.
• Outpatient Only: No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Pediatrics.
• Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
