We are seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join a newly established de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX. This role offers competitive compensation and a strong support structure, allowing you to focus on advanced orthopedic surgical care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary care team.

Schedule / Hours: Monday Friday, with some call coverage
Call: Shared call schedule
Patient Volume: Moderate to high patient flow
Location: Laredo, Texas
Practice Setting: New de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo
Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, and administrative staff
EMR / Technology: Cerner

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care along with surgical procedures
Document care using the clinic s EMR

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
