Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $338,282 Base Salary + Upside
  • $61.02 per wRVU After Meeting 5,544 Threshold
• Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Expenses
• Day 1 Comprehensive Benefits including matching 403b, Medical, Dental, Vision
• 5 Weeks PTO + 5 Days CME/ Professional Days Per Year
• $7,000 CME Dues & Subscription Allowance
• Medical Liability Insurance & Licensure Fees Paid

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified - ABMS
• Licensure: Oklahoma Medical License or Ability to Obtain One
