  • Monday - Friday schedule with one evening per week
  • 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours from home
  • Adult practice only in community health center
  • Call is 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support
  • Full support staff with nurses and resource specialists
  • Board-certified or board-eligible required
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not required
