Required Skills:

• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Valid medical license in the relevant state or eligible for temporary licensure
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric endocrine disorders such as diabetes, growth issues, and hormone imbalances
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage complex cases with a focus on patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with telemedicine and virtual care models
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Research background or contributions to pediatric endocrinology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
• Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including virtual call coverage
• Ability to obtain or hold an active medical license in Alaska, with potential for temporary licensure during application processing
• Commitment to providing high-quality, continuous care through in-person and virtual services
