Academic Inpatient Gastroenterologist – IU Health Physicians

IU Health Physicians is recruiting a Gastroenterologist to join its team at IU Health Hospital in Indianapolis. This academic role offers a balanced schedule with a mix of outpatient procedures, inpatient care, and dedicated time off, and includes faculty appointments within the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Schedule Highlights:

  • Week 1: Outpatient procedures, Friday-Thursday weekend off
  • Week 2: Inpatient service Friday-Thursday
  • Week 3: Off
  • Limited call and administrative flexibility
  • APP support during inpatient week

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
  • Board certified in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100k forgivable loan
