Anesthesiologist | $650K | $200K Sign On

Upper Midwest

 

Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance:  10 Weeks PTO and only 10 on-call weekends per year!
  • Desirable Practice Setting: Work alongside 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 experienced CRNA's who practice nearly independently with minimal support, M-F
  • Environment: Multi-specialty, modern hospital with newly updated OR's and Physician Spaces
  • Caseload: Cases average 25 per day. No Cardiac, mostly Ortho and General. Some OB, ENT, and URO

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: $650,000 base salary
  • Generous On-Call Earnings: Earn up to $11,000 per weekend for additional, mostly telephonic-only call
  • Sign-On Bonus: $200,000
  • Retention Bonus: $15,000 annually

Qualifications

  • Degree:  MD or DO
  • Certifications:  BE or BC
  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain a South Dakota license and pass hospital Credentialing
  • Experience: Open to NEW GRADS or Experienced Anesthesiologists
  • Sponsorship: YES! J1 or H1
