Required Skills:

• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative OB/CNM practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach valuing shared decision-making and holistic care
• Active DEA license; licensed to practice in Florida (considering Compact IMLC candidates)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with gynecological surgery and surgical assist training
• Familiarity with integrated tech platforms for patient engagement
• Experience in a hospital setting with Level I NICU exposure

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least one year of clinical experience in OB/GYN practice

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 24-hour in-house call shifts, including potential consecutive shifts
• Flexibility to start as early as April 20, 2026
• Ability to travel as needed; all airfare, lodging, and car rental expenses covered
