Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatments in a high-volume dermatology clinic.
• Utilize EPIC and demonstrate proficiency with healthcare technology.
• Provide comprehensive skin care while managing a caseload of approximately 30 patients per week.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Complete administrative duties in designated paid time, including documentation and follow-up.

Required Skills:

• Active Oregon medical license and OR DEA registration.
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage high patient throughput.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in high-volume dermatology clinics.
• Comfortable managing a diverse patient population.
• Additional certifications in dermatology or advanced skin care.
• Familiarity with teledermatology or virtual care platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of dermatology practice or relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with EPIC and healthcare technology systems.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 3 or 4 days per week, with schedule flexibility.
• Availability for orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Paymentor credentialing without hospital privileges required.
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Compensation at $1.00/hour, with weekly direct deposit payments.
