Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Valid medical licensure in the applicable state
• Proven clinical experience in urology procedures and patient management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive or robotic urology procedures
• Research or teaching background in urology
• Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology
• Active state licensure and relevant certifications

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work weekdays, including full 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to medical standards
• Willingness to travel for conferences or specialized procedures when necessary
