Required Skills:

• Proven proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment.
• Ability to review and assess image quality for diagnostic usefulness.
• Strong understanding of normal and abnormal imaging findings.
• Excellent communication skills to convey results clearly to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Ability to identify urgent findings and alert medical staff promptly.
• Knowledge of safety standards and infection control protocols in medical imaging.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in OB/GYN and general ultrasound procedures.
• Familiarity with hospital-based workflows and electronic medical records.
• Certification from recognized sonography boards (e.g., ARDMS, CCI).
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound imaging experience, ideally in OB/GYN and general diagnostics.
• Previous night-shift work experience is advantageous but not required.

Other Requirements:

• Valid certification and licensing for ultrasound practice.
• Ability to work night hours on a consistent schedule.
• Willingness to travel for any required assignments or licensing reimbursements.
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding healthcare practice and employment.
