Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide top-tier anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical specialties. Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure
- Proven expertise in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring
- Strong knowledge of case mix including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to various procedural environments and patient needs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting multiple ORs and specialized treatment rooms
- Familiarity with care team models and Medically supervised anesthesia practice
- Prior experience in similar surgical settings or institutions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience in a hospital or surgery center environment
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work a schedule composed of 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts, including nights (schedule varies weekly)
- Ability to support a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
- All-inclusive rates preferred (covering travel and lodging when applicable)
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable state, federal, and local laws concerning licensure and certification
