Outpatient Primary Care – Flexible Schedule + No Call (Phoenix, AZ)

We are actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (FP/IM) to support a growing outpatient practice.

• Board Certification Required (FM or IM)
• Must hold BLS (American Heart Association)
• DEA required (fee paid; schedules 2–5 accepted)

Where You’ll Practice: Phoenix, AZ – vibrant metro area with year-round sunshine and access to outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural amenities.

Position Details

Assignment

• Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Duration: 3 months (option to extend)
• Reason for Need: Staff shortage

Schedule

• Option 1: 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) with 1-hour lunch
• Option 2: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) with 1 weekday off

Call

• No call required

Practice Setting

• Setting: 100% Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day (average)
• Patient Population: Adult-only

Clinical Scope

• Standard outpatient primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Minimal GYN: Paps and symptom-based pelvic exams only

• Physicians
• Advanced Practice Providers
• Registered Nurses
• Specialty Physician support
• No procedures required
• No suturing required

Systems & Requirements

• EMR: RPMS
• Credentialing: ~8–10 weeks
• Licensure: Any active U.S. state license accepted
