This flexible full—or part-time 1099 opportunity is perfect for ENT professionals who want to supplement income, enjoy more free time, and maintain a balanced lifestyle, working 2–4 days per month (or 8–10 for full-time).

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT care in rural hospitals and clinics

• Help underserved communities gain access to high-quality care

• Maintain a schedule that fits your personal and professional lifestyle

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO with an active State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology

• Experienced in general ENT practice

• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care

What We Offer

• Flexible schedule: Part-time (2–4 days/month) or full-time (8–10 days/month) scheduled in advance

• Travel fully covered and coordinated – no relocation required

• Uncapped earning potential based on production

• High earning rates in the upper 75th percentile of Fair Market Value (FMV)
