Plastics Ophthalmologist with Duke in Mebane, NC

Duke Eye Center is seeking candidates for a full-time oculofacial specialist to provide facial reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, and orbital surgery at our new site in Mebane, NC, between Raleigh/Durham and Greensboro. The physician will have the support of a team of six board-certified clinicians and surgeons whose combined skill and leadership make for a well-rounded and respected group who are committed to training the next generation of oculofacial specialists and providing world-class clinical care.

• Serve our community in our new Duke campus being constructed in Mebane
• Dedicated support staff including ophthalmic tech assistance, Abridge AI scribe and surgical coordinator
• Clinical space shared with ENT

The successful candidate will have:

• Willingness and ability to travel between Duke Eye Center locations surrounding Mebane, including Raleigh
• Completed an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
• Completed an AUPO-accredited oculofacial fellowship
• Board certification (current or within the first year of hire) is preferred but not required
