We are seeking a dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon to provide exceptional care at Providence Seaside starting June 1, 2026. Required Skills:

• Active Orthopedic Surgery license and OR DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work both clinical and surgical duties effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and call responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with total joints
• Ability to perform bread-and-butter orthopedic procedures
• Comfort with interpreting imaging and engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery
• Prior experience in orthopedic clinical and surgical settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Privileging process within approximately 90 days; prompt application submission is essential
• Willingness to cover call (optional) with approximately 8 days per month, including weekends
• Guarantee of 8 hours per day; OT applies after 8 hours
• Flexibility in work hours (start/end times between 8am-9am start, 4pm-5pm end)
• Travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements as applicable

This position offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00 per hour, along with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 dedicated support from our team to ensure your success.
