Ascension Wisconsin is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician for our Spring Street Clinic.

? Full Range of Internal Medicine
? Practice Opportunity will be 100% outpatient
? Provider 36 patient contact hours per week
? Extended access hours allows for flexibility in scheduling
? Call is shared amongst Internal Medicine clinic Providers
  ? Approximately once every 10-14 days
  ? Phone only-no inpatient responsibilities
     Facilitated by Nurse Triage

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
