Remote hospice physician position responsible for managing two home hospice teams in Milwaukee North and South, providing leadership, clinical oversight, and medical guidance
Location: St. Lukes Professional Office Building/ Zilber
Lead initial patient prognosis reviews, medication and treatment assessments, and goals of care discussions, collaborating closely with multiple teams at the Zilber hospice facility.

Aurora Zilber Family Hospice is a freestanding 18 bed inpatient hospice facility in the Milwaukee area, specializing in general inpatient hospice care for patients with complex pain and symptom management needs. Zilber also offers respite care to support caregivers during times of increased need. The interdisciplinary team at Zilber is dedicated to caring for the whole person, providing expert symptom management along with emotional, spiritual, and family support in a peaceful, home like environment.
