Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in relevant state
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong diagnostic and patient management capabilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience in rural or underserved areas
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of family medicine

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of family medicine practice experience
• Licensure and certification up-to-date

Other Requirements:

• Current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Ability to travel to various practice sites if required
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
