We are seeking dedicated and skilled General Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality care for Veterans through diverse clinical assessments. Required Skills:

• Active medical license and certification in general medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Experience performing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments
• Proficiency with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular evaluations
• Ability to conduct interview-based assessments and physical range of motion/muscle strength testing
• Competence with METs testing, respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological evaluations
• Use of Goniometer required
• Quick credentialing and onboarding capabilities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and record review processes
• Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions
• Prior work with Veterans or government agencies
• Experience with Reach360 or similar electronic provider training platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in a clinical or assessment setting involving veterans or government healthcare programs
• Certification in DMA (Defense Medical Examination) or willingness to obtain post-credentialing

Other Requirements:

• Own a personal laptop (non-Mac) with reliable internet access for training and reporting
• Ability to perform exams on-site at leased facilities or within your own practice
• Flexibility to work half-day (4 hours) or full-day (up to 8 hours) shifts
• Willingness to travel locally or to other designated areas as needed (travel expenses reimbursed)
• Must complete required training via Reach360 platform and submit assessments within specified timeframes
