We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team in 2026.

Practice Details:
- Value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs
- Take over a retiring physician’s practice, with an overlap period to allow for mentorship, collaboration, and a smooth handoff of patients—ensuring continuity of care and strong patient retention
- Collaborate with Physician partners, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, an office manager, and additional staff
- Support staff function at the top of their training, assisting with in-basket management, refills, prior auths, and care coordination
- Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
- Choose outpatient only or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
- Monday - Friday: No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Schedule: 4.5 days patient care and .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: Phone only and low volume
- Volume: Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, patient care, flow, and coding
- Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success
- Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
- Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, and more)
- NextGen EMR
- AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available
What We Offer:

- 3-Year guaranteed salary
- Success is in your hands
- No cap on earning potential, physicians are earning $350K-$750K on average
- 4 weeks of paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
- 9 paid holidays and 5 paid CME days
- Eligible for sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and retention bonus
- Profit sharing based on total years in practice
- 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
- 401k with match

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
- Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
