Otolaryngology Physician, ENT Surgery

• Patient Mix: Choose your ideal practice - Adults only, or a blended Adult and Pediatric panel
• Case Mix: General Otolaryngology with opportunities in Head & Neck Surgery and/or Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Built-In Patient Base: Hit the ground running with a robust, established referral network
• Schedule: Full-time | 2-3 office days + 2-3 OR days per week
• Patient Volume: ~40 patients/day | 750-850 ENT cases annually
• Call Schedule: 7-12 days/month with opportunities for additional call and supplemental compensation

• Dedicated Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, PAs, Surgical Coordinators, and Schedulers

Requirements:
• Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited residency and/or fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board.
• MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
• CDS and DEA license
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 125,000.00 - 750,000.00 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
