WHO WE ARE
Franciscan Health is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality of care through innovation, compassion, and excellence. With 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest. Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers who provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.
Franciscan Health is endeavoring to expand the breadth and scope of its Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) program across the system in order to improve access to and advancement women’s healthcare.
An ideal candidate is a physician who has a strong focus on compassionate clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community, and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
FEMM is a comprehensive women’s health program that uses ovulation as a sign of health. FEMM firstly educates women about their reproductive health so they may make informed healthcare decisions throughout their lives. In partnership with the RHRI (Reproductive Health Research Institute), ongoing research informs the evidenced-based model for care offered through FEMM medical management program.
