Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in beautiful Bradenton, Florida. This is an opportunity to work in a patient-focused, value-based care model with strong clinical support and a manageable patient panel.
Position Highlights- Outpatient only
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Average 10-12 patients per day
- Max panel size of 650 patients
- Senior patient population with complex chronic conditions
- Dedicated care team support including MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Minimal call schedule shared across market providers
- New clinic opening May 2025
- Up to 20% bonus potential based on quality metrics and patient outcomes
