Join Our Team as a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Family Medicine / Internal Medicine physicians to provide exceptional primary care services through our reputable healthcare network. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full patient load of 18 patients per day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Provide care to both pediatric and adult patients, with flexibility to focus solely on family medicine if preferred.
- Conduct chronic pain management activities, including chart closure within 72 hours.
- Ensure accurate documentation with CVs including month and date for all work history, addressing any employment gaps.
- Adhere to clinic protocols, immunization requirements, and credentialing processes.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including immunizations such as flu vaccine, TB testing, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap.
- Obtain and maintain an active DEA license before the start date.
- Complete credentialing within 30-90 days, supporting application with all necessary documentation promptly.
- Support the patient-centered medical home and team-based care initiatives.
Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution; BE candidates with less than 5 years since residency considered.
- Valid and active DEA license prior to start.
- Proven ability to document accurately and thoroughly, accounting for employment gaps.
- Experience in managing a mix of pediatric and adult patients or a focus on family medicine.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and adhere to deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in chronic pain management.
- Prior work in credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare EHR systems.
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
- Less than 5 years since residency completion, or BE with equivalent experience.
- Previous primary care experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Immunizations compliant with CDC guidelines, including flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap.
- Willingness to start on 03/21/2026.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
