Outpatient IM/FP Opportunity in Augusta, GA - Any State License Accepted!!!

• Preventive care (immunizations, screenings)

• Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease)

• Acute care visits

• Mental health screenings (PTSD, depression, substance use)

• Geriatric care and care coordination

Support Staff:

• Physicians & mid-levels

• RN staff

• Social workers 

• On-site specialty providers

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• DEA license (schedules 2–5, fee paid)

• BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association only)

• EMR: CPRS (training provided if needed)

• Any active state license accepted!

Timeline:

Credentialing takes about 4–6 weeks
