Required Skills:

• Current certification as a CRNA and board-certified
• Valid North Carolina state license or willingness to license (compact license preferred)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience; no new graduates considered
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to float to various departments and adapt to different anesthesia needs
• Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge in vascular, neuro, pediatrics; experience in hearts and lungs is a plus but not required at Moses Cone

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with complex cases involving vascular, neuro, and pediatric patients
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to high census days
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system and multi-location coverage

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program
• 1-2 years of professional practice in a hospital setting with diverse case types

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for full-time work shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Must be flexible with no consecutive days off, with the ability to float between locations including Moses Cone and other facilities
• No bill rates or travel reimbursements; licensure, certification, and applicable reimbursements are provided as per policy
• Credentialing process to be completed within 60-90 days
• Hourly Pay Rate: $202.80
