Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Active State License (Required).
• Certification: Must be Board Certified.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of post-residency experience in an outpatient or clinic setting, with a primary focus on ambulatory care, is required.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and electronic health records.
• Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner, strong communication, cultural competence, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic medical illnesses.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
