Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist to fill an opening in a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Toledo, OH. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population within a mission-driven community health setting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio. CPR certification required.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience preferred.
    • Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program preferred.
    • Experience with diverse patient populations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in office management, dental software, and equipment. Knowledge of relevant regulations in community dental care.
  • Soft Skills: Commitment to preventive care. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
  • Perform restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Federally Qualified Health Center to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
