Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
  • Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Experience: Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
  • Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
