About Oklahoma Children’s Hospital – OU Health Behavioral Health Center

Opening December 2026, the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health Behavioral Health Center represents a major investment in pediatric mental health care. This 172,755-square-foot, three-story facility will provide 72 inpatient beds for children and adolescents across Oklahoma.

Located on the OU Health campus, the center will offer a full continuum of inpatient services, including short-term stabilization, longer-term treatment, and care for neurodevelopmental conditions. Designed with both patients and families in mind, rooms will allow parents to remain with their children, reinforcing a supportive, family-centered care model.
