Physician - Breast Radiologist

Job Title: Fellowship-Trained Breast Radiologist

Position Summary:
CHRISTUS Health, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services, is seeking a fellowship-trained breast radiologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have advanced training in breast imaging and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms (2D and 3D/tomosynthesis)
• Perform breast ultrasounds and MRI interpretations
• Conduct image-guided breast procedures (stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies, wire/localization procedures)
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards
• Collaborate closely with breast surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and teaching (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of an accredited breast imaging fellowship
• Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
