Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent certification (BC or truly BE)
- Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (PA) or the ability to obtain one promptly
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
- Strong clinical skills in ENT procedures across all age groups
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to handle 24-hour call shifts with mid-shift callback responsibilities (4-6 hours/day)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with trauma cases and ER coverage
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
- Additional certifications in advanced ENT procedures or trauma management
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Proven track record in a hospital-based ENT practice
- Prior experience working in a Level 1 trauma setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts with weekend coverage
- Ability to adapt to rapid clinical changes and prioritize patient safety
- Valid DEA license required prior to start date
- Possible travel or licensure reimbursement
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,030.11, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
