We are seeking a skilled ENT specialist to provide exceptional care at a renowned Trauma Level 1 facility. Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent certification (BC or truly BE)
  • Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (PA) or the ability to obtain one promptly
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
  • Strong clinical skills in ENT procedures across all age groups
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to handle 24-hour call shifts with mid-shift callback responsibilities (4-6 hours/day)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with trauma cases and ER coverage
  • Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
  • Additional certifications in advanced ENT procedures or trauma management
  • Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven track record in a hospital-based ENT practice
  • Prior experience working in a Level 1 trauma setting

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts with weekend coverage
  • Ability to adapt to rapid clinical changes and prioritize patient safety
  • Valid DEA license required prior to start date
  • Possible travel or licensure reimbursement

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,030.11, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
