Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Valid Maryland medical license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques
• ACLS and PALS certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 5x10-hour days and on-call responsibilities from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. during weekdays
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Experience operating within an EMR system (Epic preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and urology procedures
• Ability to adapt to varying patient demographics and complex cases
• Prior experience with hospital-based anesthesia in diverse specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active state medical license
• At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to take on call shifts as required
• Credentialing completion within 90 days; expedited credentialing possible with a clean application
• Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable
