What You'll Need:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology
• Strong clinical skills in general urology
• Ability to work independently during on-call shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a community hospital setting
• Prior involvement in trauma or ER call coverage
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Valid Pennsylvania license and efficient credentialing experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Completion of an accredited urology residency program
• Proven track record of managing inpatient urology cases without the need for interventional radiology

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for 24-hour call shifts, primarily from Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to support hospital operations without additional staff during on-call hours
• Willingness to undertake credentialing process within approximately 90 days; expedited options available
• Travel and licensure-related reimbursements as applicable
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a community hospital setting with 132 beds, using Epic EMR
