Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology
• Proficiency in general urology procedures and patient management
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Experience in emergency or inpatient urology
• Familiarity with trauma hospitals and referral processes
• Additional certifications or specialized training in urology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality urological care
• Prior experience working in a community hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Must possess or be eligible for DEA certification
• Willingness to support on-call duties, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to start within 90 days of credentialing completion
• No pediatric patients involved; focus on adult urology cases
• Commitment to providing 24-hour call coverage on scheduled weekends and holidays

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
