Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesia experience
• Valid medical license (Idaho license or IMLC accepted)
• DEA and CSR certification
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
• Ability to independently manage cases or work effectively within a supervising/care team model
• Comfortable performing own cases with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a Level II Trauma setting
• Experience with OB anesthesia, including initiating sections
• Ability to adapt to varied shift schedules, including call and weekend coverage
• Familiarity with working in busy, fast-paced environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board-certified or eligible in anesthesiology
• At least one year of clinical experience post-residency
• Experience working in trauma or emergency care settings

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for an active Idaho medical license or possess IMLC credentials
• Willingness to travel occasionally for coverage at Nampa location
• Ability to cover at least 2 full weeks per month; preference given to candidates available full-time
• Availability for scheduled night, weekend, and call shifts

Hourly Pay Rate: $351.00
