- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP - Ongoing
- Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- Setting:
- Both clinic and ASC setting
- Outpatient procedural model
- Integrated ASC footprint
- Minimally invasive spine focus
- Support Staff:
- MA, RN, NP/PA
- Procedures:
- Diagnostic and Theraputic injections
- Nerve blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Spinal cord stimulation
- Advanced minimally invasive procedures
- EMR:
- ECW
- Board Certification:
- Will take Board Certified or Eligible
- Must either be in process or have completed pain medicine fellowship
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for April start
- Requirements:
- Active TN state license
- Active DEA in TN or willing to transfer
- ACLS, BLS
