- Specialty:

- Looking for ABEM or ABFM/ABIM w/ 3+ years of experience
- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP - Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 4+ shifts per month
- Shifts:
- 6:30a-6:30p OR 6:30p-6:30a
- Setting:
- Non-profit rural community hospital
- Handles minor to moderate trauma
- Largest freestanding ventilator facility in the U.S.
- Census:
- 26 acute care beds
- 8 ED beds
- 11k annual volume
- Average 31 ED patients per day
- 11% EMS
- 7% ADMITTED PATIENTS
- Support Staff:
- Nursing staff trained in ACLS emergency care
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- T-Sheets
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Looking to finish ASAP for accelerated start
- Requirements:
- Active KY state license
- Active DEA in KY or willing to transfer
