In this vital role, you'll provide essential obstetric and gynecologic care, supporting women across diverse age groups from adolescence through senior years, including obstetrics patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OBGYN services, including minor procedures such as endometrial biopsies (EMB), colposcopies, pessary maintenance, and Pap smears.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 20-25 individuals daily, utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic staff, including nurses, front office personnel, and supervisors, to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Support patients aged 14 to 90, addressing a broad spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic needs.
• Perform minor procedures and refer patients to specialized providers as necessary.
• Maintain clinical excellence and adherence to all safety and procedural standards.

Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license.
• Current BLS certification.
• DEA registration for prescribing medications.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Ability to perform minor procedures competently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with colposcopy procedures, pessary management, or similar specialties.
• Familiarity with hospital-based or clinic-based OB/GYN practice environments.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of practice experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Prior experience working with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania; licensing support is not provided.
• Willingness to work hourly shifts (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., most likely Monday through Wednesday) on a schedule of 2-3 days per week.
• Shifts involve minor procedures, patient management, and documentation.
• Start date: June 1, 2026.
• Hourly pay rate of $295.62, with overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x.
