Job Description

- Primary Care
- Can take ABIM or ABFM
- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP - Ongoing
- Open to Locums to Perm
- Shifts:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Open to a 4 day work week
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Adults only 18+
- Medicare Advantage experience is prefered
- Census:
- 18-20 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- MA for each provider, an RN and front desk support
- Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active CT state license
- Active DEA in CT or willing to transfer
- BLS
