Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology (BC or BE)
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA certification
• Proficiency in urology practice procedures and patient management
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle diverse patient populations
• Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice
• Ability to manage patient calls and consultations remotely
• Familiarity with the specific needs of patients across different age groups

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Proven clinical experience in urology, ideally in a hospital or surgical setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal support staff

Other Requirements:

• Ability to provide 24-hour coverage as needed, including overnight shifts
• Willingness to travel occasionally between facilities
• Successful credentialing within approximately 90 days; temps with a clean file are acceptable
